We specialise in helping people who are struggling with pain and injury, whether it's muscle pain, nerve pain, joint pain or chronic pain. We want to get you back to moving easily and living your life!

WE KNOW LIFE'S EASIER WHEN YOU SPREAD THE COST
Last year we started to hear people say that they wanted to come and see us more, but finding the £60 for an appointment was difficult - especially since the pain or injury was unexpected and they hadn't been able to budget for it.
So they'd come to see us... but they'd struggled with the pain for longer, and we weren't always able to get them feeling better as quickly as we could have done if they'd visited us sooner.
So we decided to offer a subscription package. Pay monthly, and get a certain number of appointments to use at any point throughout the year. Dogs have payment plans for their treatment... heck, boilers have payment plans for their upkeep... so why shouldn't our clients?
We also started to notice that we'd get couples, friends and even whole families come to see us.
So we made subscription packages that can be shared. You sign up, we give you a code that you can share with whoever you like. Maybe you share a subscription with a friend, a relative, a gym buddy... it's up to you!
HOW IT WORKS
We take payment through GoCardless, which sets up a direct debit with your bank. Payment is taken on the 1st of every month and there are 12 payments in total.
Once you sign up, we'll send you an email with your special COUPON CODE on. You can use that code in our online booking form (just type it in the COUPON CODE box), or quote it when you call us on 07788 287098 to book.

Our subscription plans include six, twelve, or twenty-four sessions, with payments spread over 12 months. All booked appointments are made available immediately, but all scheduled payments must still be completed, even if appointments are used in advance.

Booking and Code Usage

Appointments must be booked online using the provided coupon code. Codes will only be reissued to the original purchaser.

Missed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, a second attempt will be made. Should the payment fail again, we reserve the right to pursue payment for the entire outstanding balance of the subscription plan, and the client may be permanently banned from further treatments.

No Refunds and Payment Pause

Refunds are not available for subscription plans, and payments cannot be paused. If you are experiencing financial difficulties, please contact us to discuss potential alternatives.

THE STATE 11 SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
We offer three subscription plans to cater for different client needs.
The "A Bit Hurty Now And Again" Plan
6 appointments over 12 months at £25 a month (£300 in total)
Think of this as your body's insurance policy (except it actually pays out when you need it). For just £25 a month, you get six sessions with Greg at State 11, ready to deploy whenever your body decides everyday activities are suddenly extreme sports.
