At State 11, we do things a little differently.... which is why so many of our clients recommend us to their family, friends and loved ones.
Rather than physiotherapy exercises, endless massages and the manipulation common used by chiropractors, we use RAPID NeuroFascial Reset, a manual therapy techniques from Canada that encourages your body to heal it's injuries, and reassures your nervous system that it's safe to move again.
NO ENDLESS APPOINTMENTS
We don't scare our clients into booking endless appointments for an injury (although we do offer a value for money subscription plan for people who pick up injuries regularly!).
Instead, we tell our clients only to come back if they need to - no scare tactics, no pressure... just genuine care.
THE LUXURY OF TIME FOR YOU
We're outside the NHS, so there's no time pressure for you! We'll give you all our attention for a glorious 40 - 60 minutes (and our appointments always start of time, too!).

Normal working hours? Pfft. We're here when the owls hoot, and on the weekends, too. Fitting into your schedule is what we do - and there's no extra charge for "out of hours" appointments.

This specialist technique focuses on kicking the body's own healing mechanism (the nervous system and the inflammatory response) into gear to help resolve old injuries and deal with new ones before they get chance to become established.
